In Store Purchase Returns Policy & Christmas Returns
We’re so happy you have made a purchase at Cube.
We will do our utmost to help you when returning your items. Team Cube are here to help with any enquiry you may have.
Cube will not give cash or card refunds, but does offer exchanges or a store credit note, providing the item is returned in a re-saleable condition and was not a discounted/sale item at the time of purchase.
Deposits and exchanges must be within 14 days and with original Cube receipt. (All Christmas purchases & presents are to be returned by 6th January.)
All faulty items must be verified for a second opinion by the manufacturer before issuing a repair or replacement.
If a repair is not possible and a replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
This is a store policy that has kept a independent, small, family run business successful for over 19 years.
