Favourite local restaurant? – Grand Hotel – Lytham St Annes but I love all restaurants, especially the ones in St Annes.

Do you have any hidden talents? I was once in the circus with a motorcycle act called ‘The Globe of Death’ – YouTube it.

What is something you’re great at cooking? – Steak, chips, tomatoes & pepper sauce.
